Building on Strengths gets Better Results

Appreciative Inquiry is a method of improving performance that works by building on strengths rather than trying to identify problems. Change requires people to learn new ways of doing their job - but people can't learn if they are stressed. It builds a positive 'emotional climate' that helps people find the confidence to embrace change. It is inclusive - you get your people's 'buy-in', because they have contributed to the vision. Appreciative Inquiry enables rapid change by liberating the creativity of everyone involved in it.
